    For sale is a NewerTechnology MAXPower G4 CPU upgrade card for PowerMac computers.

    It is the 1,6 GHz model with Freescale PowerPC G4/7447A CPU featuring 512 KB of on-chip L2 cache, a 64-bit bus interface and a full 128-bit implementation of Freescale's AltiVec technology.

    Card is working perfectly, was tested under MorphOS 2.7, OSX Tiger and OSX Leopard.

    This card is compatible with:
    • Power Macintosh G4 (AGP Graphics) "Sawtooth"
    • Power Macintosh G4 "Gigabit Ethernet"

    • Power Macintosh G4 "QuickSilver 2002"
    (excluding QuickSliver with Boot ROM versions 4.2.3f1 or 4.2.3f4)

    No it won't work with MDD, the card is designed to work with models listed in first post.
