Yeah, nice gesture to release it for Amiga OS as well. :-)

AmIRC has been available natively for MorphOS for, well how many years is it now? Many...

    ;-)
MorphOS is Amiga done right! :-)
MorphOS NG will be AROS done right! :-)

    trotter,

New release doesn't require a keyfile anymore.

    Hello,

It is nice to see henes improving amirc morphos, and that it does no more need a keyfile. On sunday, a version 3.12 for amigaos 4 has been released, and it does no more need vaportool_kit.library. So why does morphos version steel need vaportool_kit.library ? When henes released v3.5.28, in 2007, I asked him on irc about this point, annoying according to me. If I recall he said that it was no possible to remove parts of code related to vaportool_kit.library. Why again ?

Well... removing the lib is just unnecessary work. You can keep it in the local dir, so why would it be a problem?

The OS4 version is based on an earlier release of the MorphOS port. The current release for MorphOS is NOT based on the OS4 version.

Very nice gesture to release it as freeware ! It's still the most complete IRC software for amiga-compatibles after all those years ( in my opinion )
