"Abstract" one is nice, except of I don't like things looking like hairs on my monitor, I guess a negative of this wallpaper (with tweaked colors maybe) would fit better to my taste.

"D-Industries", well, I simply don't like it. Looks like the butterfly and the text style does not match details on the left. The picture seems to be unbalanced in some way.

Of course it is only my personal impression.

Nice romantic touch, far from conventional. Like some others, I think the chosed typeface spoils it, too informal. I imagine it written with the typical "Calvin Klein" typeface: Sans serif, round, light...
