    Hello.

I have a widescreen samsung monitor that i use with my Efika and a Radeon 9200P with 128mb graphic card, the problem is that while i was installing the new MorphOS 2.3, it appears at native widescreen mode for my monitor 1360x768, but this resolution was not available after installation, and all my tries to modify monitor screen modes, i can't get a sharp image as native resolution. I tried to see monitor preferences with MorphOS installtion image, but this resolution don't appear. Somebody had problems to configure a widescreen monitor?

Check the drawer sys:prefs/presets/monitors for the monitor you are using and delete that file.

It contains all modes available for the display device. It may be possible that the stored file is not valid. It will be recreated after reboot. If you are unsure about its name check env:CyberGraphx/RadeonMonitor file. It contains the name used to store the information.

I also had an issue with hazy resolution it may be due to a high Hz for eg 1024x768@60Hz in bootmenu
fine, but 1024x768@74Hz produced slight haze making date and time slightly blurry

    I have a related problem...
I have a Panasonic Viera HDTV (Full-HD) and I want to use WXGA resolution, which should be 1366x768. My Efika has a Radeon 7500 graphics card connected to the TV via VGA.

    I added a new monitor for my TV (TH-32LZ85), 31 KHz -- 69 KHz 59 Hz -- 86 Hz
and then tried to add the proper resolution.

I managed to add a 1368x768 resolution at 60Hz, but it's not displayed "wide". It seems like it packs the signal in a smaller horizontal resolution, although the TV says it's WXGA, not XGA...

It may be a problem of the graphics card, a Radeon 7500, but I read that it should support WXGA.

    Any idea?
