    Hello,

    does someone have sound-output (except pieping)
    with Debian and Svens nor Davids Kernel?

    BTW: I use Debain 3.0 stable (from net) and updatet some parts with unstable ones (XFree86 and Mozilla).

    Since I updated Mozilla to unstable (1.4), I can't
    use the Alt/Alt Gr-key. So, I can't type e.g. @.
    (the whole Gnome has no Alt/Alt Gr-key support, with the console it works)

    Why? I tried some stuff with the XFConfig-4, but it doesn't help... ;o(

    Regards

    BTW:

    How can I change the language?

    I get the following message, while installing new
    packages (console):

    --

    perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
    LANGUAGE = (unset),
    LC_ALL = (unset),
    LC_CTYPE = "",
    LANG = "de_DE.ISO-8859-1"
    are supported and installed on your system.
    perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C).

    Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library
