Yes. SCF did a port of Shoutcast-server for MOS .. it works, but has/had some bugs. I think I have the only binary atm except for SCF himself .. SCF, if you read this, why not update and release to public? ;-)

tuneNet rocks as a mp3/.shoutcast player, i use it a lot on OS4. But i never tried the streaming server thing, i didn't know it could stream ! It would be wonderful to have it on MOS !

Ohh, yeah. A Shoutcast server for MorphOS is highly interested for sure!

Also a Shoutcast plugin for AmiNetRadio would be so cool! ANR would become the ultimate broadcasting tool for netradio.

My radio was Radio Nitro. Running on Windows, which was great, but ANR is really a reason for keeping MorphOS. It`s one of the greatest players out there.

I would donate a lot for a Shoutcast server and plugin for AmiNetRadio. Would be really great!

    Regards,
    Michal

What`s wrong with ANR ?! It even has a TuneNet like, however the ANR Guis are much nicer. And it supports Shoutcast since day one. No need to port Tunenet, when there are even better solutions available for MOS.

Well, would be need a program like Shoutcast plugin for WinAmp. Which logs on onto Shoutcast server and streams the sounds out.

Well, either we talk about something completly different, or you never have actually used ANR, because this is what ANR was made for. Not for playing local mp3 (this is more a bonus IIRC) but to connect to shoutcast severs and stream songs. You can even search for your favourite Shoutcast Station.

I think they want a plugin for ANR wich allows to broadcast a shoutcast, and not just recive it, like it's possible with ANR since ages.

Ah, now I got it. I was confused because of Tunenet, IIRC this is also "just" a Shoutcast player not a streamer.

That would be so cool. Yes, streaming tools for ANR. In WinAMP you install it as a plugin.

ANR is so much better than anything else for playing music, so it deserves a great shoutcast streaming plugin.

Any updates as far as broadcasting tools in MorphOS?

Benn trying Tunenet @ 4.1 but the broadcst feature did not work for me :(

Still want to connect to a broadcast server and spread my favorite music arround, but not on PC and WinAMP.

    Well? Any updates?
