Okay it looks like we are just about ready. Just add what you would like to have as a bountie in this thread. Pleast dont talk about them or add other things to the thread. I will remove thost posts or edit them.

I dont intend to sound harsh, but my plan is to collect the bountie requests and them make a poll of the top requested and then the top 10 will be used as the first set.

    @Acill

Are you psychic? I have just finished moving what was already completed into it's own module!

    Now, Bounties is (drumroll) morph.zone/modules/bounty

    How about that!?

Your efforts are appreciated but this post sound harsh to me (particularly the edit remove part :-( )
All bounty requests should be accepted as long as they make sense / are doable and that someone is ready to spend some cash on it. After it is up to the developers to do the selection, not the users.

Is there any page explaining the rules ?

I wont remove a request for a bountie, I dont want to see a discussion
in this thread like we are having now is all. Bountie requests of any
type will be accepted. as an example:

I would like to see appliction XYZ please.

Thats all that should be in THIS thread, we can talk about them in a
new thread. This way Targhan and I can sort through them and have them
    listed sooner.

    I agree.

Also... Who are our "board of directors"?

Also Also... Look at the left side! That's right! The first part of donations for the mail service is completed. When the mail donations appear again it will be for phase2 (and that will only be after the service is OPERATIONAL)

Also, we've added a blogs directory... Get Blogging folks!

#7: You haven't seen TD Player yet? It's even hosted on MZ!

    @Acill
When setting up a poll in a forum, you have to start a new topic, and you should be able to create a "multi-select" poll. In other words, allowing people to select more than one item in their vote.

We can have a massive poll for the first list of things wanted and pick the top five for bounties!!! In the next day or so, I will have a new set of paypal email addresses (for the site, for the bounties eu, bounties us, and a couple for the email project.)

    Get ready...

Ok, here's what I would like to see most for MorphOS:

    - usable web browser (eg. mozilla or firefox)
    - multi-user support
    - memory protection
    - native TCP/IP stack
    - java runtime
    - OpenOffice.org
    - VNC Server
    - port of AutoIt

Of course there's lots more, but I guess that's enough for the start... ;-)

    1. A lot of MorphOS/MUI API programming examples (from official system API, to third party API). Lots of step by step examples and final version available in wiki on MDC.

    2. GTK -> MUI wrapper

    3. After 2nd, GTK+ Webcore port

Ok since it seems that everyone is doing crazy requests here is my turn:

    - A port of PearPC to MorphOS (to run OSX in a window or a screen ala fusion).

    - An AROS (native or hosted on LinuxPPC) version capable of running MorphOS executables. To run morphos apps on MACs and other PPC devices such as next gen consoles (once linux will be ready for them) and why not in pearPC so we can also run morphos apps on PC and if previous bounty is done we can open multiple instances of AROS-PPC within MorphOS :-o

    - A driver (ivtv) + capture app + option to use with mplayer for the hauppauge Wintv PVR 350 video capture card.

    - Same for DVB-T / DVB-S based cards.

    - A X-WINDOW system to open apps running on other computer on MorphOS screen.

    - A mass storage firewire stack

    Enough for now.

I desperatly need the following on MorphOS and I suggest to start bounties for it:

    1. Cinema4D 9.x
    2. Adobe Creativity Suite
    3. Corel Painter 11
    3. PS3 emulator (ps3 games look fantastic!)
    4. GarageBand or Cubase
    5. WINE
    6. Azureus
    7. Safari (is much better than FireFox)
    8. Internet Explorer (we need more than just one web browser)
    9. Xcode
    10. A button to destroy the world. Err... wait! We have that on MorphOS! I coded that into Mr.Banana already.

    regards,
    tokai

This shouldn't be too hard (and therefore, would be a good choice for the first bounties)

    Port VICE to MorphOS.

Probably some desired features should be defined too... At least Overlay is a "must"

How about an updated, easier to use, and more reliable SFSSalv?

Oh yeah, I've just updated the holy heck out our bounties page (even if it doesn't look like it), got a system in place for bounty description pages, and a wee bit more dynamic.

It's all just about ready to go. We need more documentation and I got to fix up a new email address or two as well.
