This is an IBM rep, so you would expect them to direct customers to solutions based on their chips, such as the IBM G5 based Mac.

The Pegasos uses Freescale PowerPC chips currently, so you will see possibly more promotion from Freescale than IBM.

That said, marketing the Pegasos as a Linux PowerPC system would be great. Any thoughts on this?

More specifically, IBM currently appear to be interested only in pushing their 64-bit chips (PPC970 and POWER4/5).
