Which TV tuner PCI card should I buy to watch TV on my pegasos II with MoS?

Which software can I use?

Troubles, problems with the solution?

I have a Voodoo3 3000 AGP.

I tryed succes fully a haupauge wintvGO in PAL throught the video input mode.

On PEG I with Voodoo3 3000 PCI GFX Card
The software used was visionary.

Never worked with an AGP card on PEG I. This is only a PEG I probleme because of articia.

I have some wintv card too...

But long ago I heard that there are wintv cards with 2 different chipsets, compatible one and incompatible one...

Better make sure you can return the card, if it doesn't work!

I have working Typhoon TV card with BT878 (or so) chipset...

I have a Terra TValue (with BT878 chipset, too) working
and a Hauppauge PVR 350 NOT working....

I've got a Lifetec LT9415 wich works well with Amithlon tv and Visionary and I can use the radio tuner with RadioX.
I've tried two different Hauppage Wintv cards but they didn't work.

One thing that bothers me about Amithlon tv is the ugly yellow border when I watch tv fullscreen.

I'm started to wrote my own programm for capture video on Pegasos with bt8x8 pci cards. Now it can
capture colored PAL/SECAM video. You can watch frame capture examples on english or russian page.
And download latest version.

Wow! That is excellent. Thank you so much. Can you please provide more technical details of the program. i.e its capabilities? Does it capture to HD? Does it work for NTSC? What cards have been tested? etc etc

Beware of these cards! My one doesn't work on MorphOS. AmithlonTV can't tune at all and Visionary produces only b&w picture without sound. RadioX also doesn't play anything and can't find any station. Currently i use the card in Linux only.
In addition, its receiver is a CRAP. It's terribly weak. It even can't capture all channels which my TV set shows (TV and Peg are connected to the same antenna).

I am using a WinTV-Go with BT878. Works perfect with AmithlonTV.

Err. what are you saying? Bt8x8 cards are the MOST compatible on peg with MOS and linux..

Yes, AVerTVStudio is built on BT878. But it doesn't work. Probably B&W picture is a result of using SECAM instead of PAL. But sound is still a problem.
