Maybe internal battery is low - replace.
Otherwise: Boot into OpenFirmware-Console and wait. If it does'nt shut down, it could be also an installation-issue of MorphOS.
Or do you have a MacOS for testing?
If it shuts down in OF you should download AppleSystemDiagnostic .iso (https://web.archive.org/web/20170309102920/http://dreamsupport.us/downloads/apple-mac/Apple_Service_Diagnostic_Disks_25_GB/)
You need ASD 2.6.3
Burn a CD and boot from it. After a while you will be able to do some HW-tests (follow instructions).
Last but not least as mentioned above: PSU is dieing (Capacitors!!)
