    Hello,

I want to view my raspberry pi from my morphos setup via VNC.
I have the VNC server setup on the raspberry pi so i need a
VNC viewer on the Morphos side.

Is there a viewer for MOS that is native or a 68k version
    that will do the task?

    thanks

It's been a while, but TwinVNC should work:

no joy with twinvnc just error disconnected.

MorphVNC cmd line gives more info:
    MorphOS:Downloads/MorphVNC> MorphVNC 192.168.1.231 raspberry
    Readargs failed
    MorphOS:Downloads/MorphVNC> MorphVNC 192.168.1.231 pass=raspberry
    Connecting to '192.168.1.231' port 5900
Server supports RFB protocol version 5.0
    Connection failed.
Server response: No configured security type is supported by 3.3 VNC Viewer
    main.c/main(): RFB_InitializeConnection() failed

I dont know if that means that MorphVNc is too out of date?

You might need to reconfigure protocol/security on the server (rPi) side to match the older standards supported.

I suggest using TwinVNC. It works great. I use it 24/7 for more or less everything connecting to LinuxMint.

In fact I am writing this using TwinVNC.

    I am using

    "TwinVNC v0.8beta [MorphOS/PPC] by Seg (c) Dimension & Dpt22 (09.04.07)"

so it is quite old, but I remember having issues with newer versions. This one is fine.

It used to work for me also but after the last update (or maybe it was the previous the the latest) to RVNC on my Pi it stopped working. I still can connect from my Linux and Windows machines but not from tightVNC anymore.

RealVNC server has an option to set "VNC password" which is a specific password to VNC server. That is the one I use. Check your RealVNC configuration.

No clue actually. If the latest linux mint has no issues, the raspi version should work fine, too.

Ah, I forgot. You should use the x11vnc server and not vino or that is default.
