I recently tried an PCIe SB Audigy Card in my PowerMac without success.

Does anyone use an audio card in their PM PCIe system? If so what one?

Which product/vendor ID is that card?

I still have better USB audio support on my TODO list (and a ton of devices to test with), but I'm afraid it'll still be a while.

    Hello Jaca,

It is a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy RX SB1550 7.1 PCIe Sound Card w/Headphone Amp.

FYI an older SB Audigy PCI card (think was an FX or earlier) has run perfectly in my PCIX PowerMac for many years.
