its working so far..just one quesiton.. I have Genesis
running on my Pegasos..and in my Genesis box I see alot of
warn messages..like the one below:

warn inetd(210fd098): samba:bin/nmbd:exit status 0x1
...
after that is displayed about 20 times I see:

err inetd(210fd098):netbios-ns/udp server failing (looping), service
terminated..


what does that mean?

Strange indeed.

What is your network setup?
Did you exactly filled in all the services, etc. as described in the installation text of Samba?
And, also important is that you fill in the IP's and netbios names of the other machines in your network in the Hosts-section in the Database of Genesis Prefs.
