Edit2: Is it this model (http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/powerbook_g4/specs/powerbook_g4_1.33_15.html) with a 15" display? I already have a 17" PB, so I'm not really interested in getting a 15" model, but if it is the 12" display model, I would be interested in it.

All 12" Powerbooks come with NVidia GFX.

Your probraly thinking bout the last gen 12" iBook, 1.33GHz, 32MB Radeon 9550.
