I am using a Pbook 5,4 and the internal wifi off the Pbook.
This workes ok for a minute or so then I loose connection.
Only shutdown and restarting makes the connection come back to live.
I now placed a pcmcia wifi card and voila no more problems.
Is the wifi antenna off these Pbook on it's way out?
It does show full strength off the signal all the time even when connection is gone.
Powerbook 5,4 1.5GHz 1.5GB ram

This problem appears in both system OSX & MOS ?

Any UNIX system ?
First you have to figure out an error in the hardware or software
