    My 1200 with AGA is faster...

    This is a MorphOS 3.9 install look how slow the system behavior is on graphics...
    And when I open a video on mplayer it just shows some random colors.

    It is a driver issue. Using an older Radeon driver brought everything to normal.

    I replaced the 52.23 version from 17-5-2015 with 52.21 from 22-6-2014 and everything runs normal now.

    The video link doesn't work for me.

    Can you take a screenshot of the utility called 'GraphicsBoards' as well as the output of 'showconfig' when run in a shell?

    For me his hw acceleration gets turned off.

    Right click on the top right corner on screenbar modules, just turn on debug and then you will get debug icon in screenbar. After this slowness happens just click on the bug icon and see if there is any log there.
