Neither. The infected files would have to be executed.

I have removed the ISOs from the server.

Hi, I am new to MorphOS and just now got to try Chrysalis for the first time. I did a clean install to my powerbook and I can't believe all the things in there. I really appreciate it. I have two things I am hoping to get some help with.

1. There are new menu items, some across the top in the ambient bar and some things in my RMB context popup menu that are not in English. Most of my system is still in English and I checked my Local setting and they are set for United States and English with no other languages chosen. How do I get these to display in English, they appear to be in French. (Note: Not all items in these menus are in French. Thins like "Extract" and "Extract here" are all in French now. But most of the menu, the top part, is still in English.


2. The OWB installed by Chrysalis doesn't play YouTube Videos...at all.... All I get is a black windows where the video should be playing. No audio, no video, no controls on the screen for it. Just a blank place where it all should be.

Normally, after the extraction of the "chrysalis.lha" file, the archive "english.lha" must also be extracted.
it is in this file that typemines in English are present.

Have you seen the extraction of english.lha file?

1. Try to extract Chrysalis:archives/english.lha to sys:
Maybe an error in installation script or in crabum.rexx file, i verify that.

Thank you, I can report that most of the issue is resolved. The only things I didn't see change back over to English were, the Crabum.rexx script in WBStartup and the Daily Tip in WBStartup. these remained in French. I removed them from startup so I'm fine.

If you could consider including the mp3 tag library: http://aminet.net/package/util/libs/id3tag_lib It is nice in that it allows DAPlayer to read and display the mp3 data in it's gui, it just makes a nicer end user experience..

Hi everyone!

I am new to this, so I don't know if I am installing Chrysalis the right way.

I have downloaded the .iso, I have mounted it with right click, i double-clicked
"install chrysalis", I've chosen SYS:, and then I get the message "Please wait until the extraction then click on Continue", While I see "extracting" on top... How long does it takes for the "extracting" message to change so I can press continue???

Are there any mirrors? Your server keeps canceling the download.

we have changed the text in installer script during the extraction in last version.
You must click to Continue button when the extraction is finished.
