Seems I can only send empty PMs with only title.
I am on Linux (CentOS6). Tried both from opera and firefox.
Trust me ...

Appears to work ok from OWB on MorphOS 3.1 (assuming it's received ok).

Did you try to add a body text ? I only saw the title; and that is what also worked for me.
