I have been looking, and with the sdk installed, i see that i have autoconf 2.13, but have a confure script that says i need 250 or higher. Searching on the net, i saw a post on another forum saying that version 2.59 was released, and that post was from 2004?!?!?!. Could anyone explain that to me?

I don't have the time to update all those nix build tools. If you need something more recent, build it yourself - it's usually a matter of configure and make, sometimes smaller configure changes.

Can i compile that tools using the sdk in my mini directly?. Seems i have to get a look at the ppc bianries of linux.

Yes, sure you can compile them with the sdk. How would ppc linux binaries help you though?
