Yes, actually it is a link. You have to give your name and e-mail and confirm your vote by clicking on a link given in received e-mail (so if you have more e-mail accounts you can vote more than once a day).

może ktoś wie co się dzieje z PPA?

Ostatnio dosc czesto zdarzaja sie im takie awarie. Z reguly trwa to nie dluzej niz kilka dni.

Juz dziala, mniejmy nadzieje, ze do 28 lutego bedzie juz dzialac :)
