    Hello

There's Diablo port source code on GitHub:

    https://github.com/diasurgical/devilutionX

Is there possibility to port this for MorphOS?

Yes, progress on SDL 2 for MorphOS appears to be stagnant.

And who is (or was) working on SDL 2 support for MorphOS? How can we help restart progress on getting SDL 2 support for MorphOS? I guess this goes back to the question "how do we get more new developers interested in working on, and creating software for, MorphOS"?

Seems to me that having a list of what tools are available to aid development for MorphOS software, as well as a list of projects currently "in progress", would be helpful to existing and prospective MorphOS programmers. Maybe such a list is already available, and I just don't know where to find it? Aminet? Papiosaur's website?

Better OpenGL support would be a plus.

The 68k fix is mainly an endian fix that uses SDL 1.2 so it should compile for MorphOS once that's done.

The big-endian fix is being done for 68060 based Amigas but should work on PPC once complete and recompiled. It isn't complete yet.

Hi! I'm working on the DevilutionX port. It should compile for MorphOS out of the box. I have so far made it work and run on WarpOS, AmigaOS3, Linux PPC-EB, and kas1e made it run on AmigaOS4 by simply recompiling it for OS4.

Since WarpUP binaries can run on MorphOS, you can try this one: https://dl.amigadev.com/devilutionx-warpup-elf

Using the weblink the file just loads into the browser page, and as the file doesn't seem to have an extension it's tricky to get MIME to recognise what to do with it otherwise, unless someone else knows better? :-?

As he said it's an executable.
This is just like television, only you can see much further.

@ BSzili - I knew it's an executable, it was just that typing/pasting the link as a URL just loaded the file as a webpage view

@ Andreas_Wolf - that's what I should have done - create the link, or probably what Marlon could have done to make it simple to access - so it could be right clicked on to save the file with the "Download Linked File" option - thanks Andreas, I was tired last night/morning and my thought process wasn't firing on all cylinders - not the 1st time ! 8-D

In these cases you can select "Project -> Save as HTML..." in OWB and remove the .html extension from the filename, and you have a perfectly working binary file in the location you saved it.

Useful to know if you get the link from other sources (e-mail, IRC, etc) or when you can't right-click the link :)

Why not just use 68k Mac emulation? Heck, original Diablo 1 and 2 run GREAT on my Amiga 500 with Vampire v2. It would absolutely crush on a Power Mac.
