I've said it before and I'll say it again...competition is a good thing. Looking forward there should be some application cross pollination/porting (it can't be that difficult to re-compile an app for very similar APIs?)

I'm sure there will be proprietary stuff and cool new features...but that should only spur the respective development teams on...competition is healthy and fun!
