where did you get this "your request is pending"
error message? if i type something wrong i get only
"invalid login" ... iam a little bit confused!

I originally had this too. All you should have to do is go to the ftp server directly.

sorry to hear about this. the superbundle system is under reconstruction. you should contact sbadmin[at]pegasosppc[dot]com if you are having trouble with getting your superbundle serial number.
