The problem occurs when opening user preferences through the menu (file > user preferences) which opens the user preferences in a new window.
If you opens user prefs in the existing window (eg by using the drop-downicon in the right-hand pane) the fonts are visible.

    EDIT: fixed incorrect link.

EDIT2: NB - The same problem occurs on the Mac-mini (r200) as well as the Powerbook (r300) so whatever the GLContext code issue in Blender is which causes the problem, both MorphOS's r200 and r300 drivers are susceptible to it.

Thank you for help. Now fonts are visable :). Unfortunately I have next problem with the preferences window. There are lacks in tabs (only in Input, Addons and Themes). Exactly there is nothing to chose. For reosolve the problem I set the path for scripts in File tab (/Blender3D/2.62/scripts/) but only effect is the warning in Addons tab (Multiple addons using the same name found! likely a problem with the script search path.). What is the reason ? Does someone have the problem ?

I've not made any changes to the default installation of either Python or Blender. Installation of both was managed by Grunch (thankyou Geit).

I've taken some screenshots of the input, addons and themes tabs for comparison:
