    Hi All,

I've just got my PowerBook G4 1.67 (1.5Gb RAM 1440x960 res) setup with MorphOS 3.1 :) awesome OS....

One problem I have is whichever blanker i select it just hangs the preference screen...
I can still access the rest of the system, just the blanker prefs thats hung...
Does this every time i try it...

is this a known problem due to no 3d yet on the 9700Pro??

    Thanks
    Al.

I`m sure it`ll be something to do with the gfx drivers if it works on other machines...

Still plenty of other playing to be done :o)

Incidentally, I have the ultimate pack installed, do you? That might be making the difference.

Many blankers use 3D acceleration which is not yet available for PowerBooks. From those delivered with MorphOS, following ones do not use 3D, so can be used on PowerBooks currently: ASwarm, Butterflies, C64 Retro, Color, Cosmique Voyage, Flame, Galaxia, Hop Along, Luppa, Maze, Moire, Nowhere, PicView, QuixLine, The Blots and Toaster. The rest require 3D acceleration.

On my system they not hang the preview. Just preview button is disabled, and small preview in the "monitor" graphics is blanked out.

Same here, though the default butterflies do kick in just fine.
