I recently ended up reinstalling OWB due to this issue.

- html5 youtube trial NOT enabled
- youtube.js (latest version) added and enabled
- flash plugin enabled
- (for bonus points I also tried spoofing as Safari (actually tried them all) with no luck).
- (for extra bonus points I also deleted all cookies and sub-cookies with "youtube" in the string also with no luck).
Reinstalled, enabled scripts, installed plugin - now all is working fine.
It's possible that some cookie (which doesn't contain 'youtube' in the string) was screwing things up I suppose. I still have the old config backed up for testing in case its needed.
