Run HDConfig and disable automount for a selected partition.

I tried what you said and the partitions don't show up, but the "boot" partition refuses to hide. Is this normal?.
    Thanks in advance!

Just tried this here and it worked OK - you sure the flag was saved correctly? It could also be that some reference to this partition causes it to be mounted later.

I checked with hdconfig, and it is unchecked as you recommended. The other partitions doesn't show, but the boot does. It doesn't harm showing up in desktop, but i would like to not show up there to avoid possible mistakes while doing something and mess with it by accident.

You can put it away with the right mouse button menu.

How exactly?. Are you suggesting to delete it, or moving to another place?

How to disable automounting at boot for usb drives?
I mounted a pendrive using Tools/Mounter and by mistake I set it to mount on boot.
Now (obviously) at boot, a message pops up asking for the drive.
How can I get rid of it?

You just have to delete the mountlist (with no icon) created in DEVS:DOSDrivers/
