    Well, this issue depends on national law. We would now have to differentiate what countries we are talking about, etc.

    Here is a general snippet about copyright law: "A copyright encompasses the _exclusive_ right to: reproduce the work; prepare "derivative works"; distribute copies of the work; perform the work publicly; and display the work publicly."

    You do not have to claim "mady-by-me" at all. Simple distribution is already illegal.


    Anyway, I am not trying to scare any MorphOS users. This is really just about modifying icons to work on other platforms...
