It happens when launching owb when system has finished booting. What is this error?. I assumed that maybe i put a wrong address on the starting page and changed it, but it still shows up.
Anyone have a clue?. It does not happen on second launch.

Probably just the TCP stack not fully ready yet. Not related to OWB itself.

I may add that it is usually caused by slow DHCP server response.
