Yes you can and sometimes need too :). But remember to install all stuff into SYS: and not into MOSSYS: (SYS:MorphOS/)!
You can check if there is already
native included version of the library (or any other component) in MOSSYS: and if not, install required one to SYS:. You can create corresponding directory in SYS: if it's missing. Whole MOSSYS: will be removed in the next OS update and installing into SYS: will keep your own modifications after the update.
Only thing you should change in MOSSYS: is to rename old rexxsyslib.library when installing 68k one in the SYS:Libs.
