Yes, that came into effect on September 24th 2010, i.e. 3.5 months ago. One year before DiscreetFX had announced:

"If for some reason we do not ship Aladdin 4D 6.0 on the platform of your choice in the next 12 months then your money will be refunded and you will get to keep Aladdin 4D 5.0 as a free gift."
