Some stuff (mostly Demos) slow in E-UAE... Any way to speed

Whilst most games work perfectly for me on E-UAE i have found a few to either have choppy sound or graphics or both.

This mostly affects demos like Sanity World of Commodore 92 and State of the Art (my favorite demo).

But even a handful of games are affected such as Risky Woods.

    Most other stuff runs fine.

Is there a way i can get better speed without comprimising on the frame rate?

    My specs are:

Powermac G4 466Mhz with 640MB ram and 16MB Rage (soon to be 64MB Radeon 9000) running MorphOS 2.6 and latest version of E-UAE.
Power Mac G4 1Ghz (Sonnet Encore) 640Mb, ATi Radeon 9000 Pro, USB 2.0
OS: MorphOS 2.6 (Registered) , Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.11

    You've been told:

"you can give UAE4All a try"

    Did you?

Your g4 processor speed seems too little for full speed emulation. At least 800 mhz are required to get full speed(i mean real amiga speed) using uae.

why don't you try to overclock your cpu ... in your case it's just drawing a line with a conductive pen. http://powermac-g4.com/g4digitalaudioclockup.html

I already had some e-uae experience on linux and windows - even with faster cpu's emulating the chips with sound seemed impossible at my configurations. I don't think it's morphos related. A PIII 1GHZ did not cut it and hit the fans and choppy sound as well.

I upgrade to a 1Ghz that I overclocked to 1.2Ghz today ... I advise you to upgrade to 1Ghz+, you are going to like that. I don't think 1Ghz or 1.2 Ghz sonnets cost that much... But if you didn't register MorphoS on your current Powermac, I think it's still cheaper to score a 933Mhz or faster QUiksilver with 133Mhz frontside bus.

Dougal's Digital Audio has 133 MHz FSB as well.

What about those sub-$200 upgrades from OWC you had in mind, especially that 1.6 GHz for 158 USD one?
