    Can you be more specific?

Does it freeze every time on every PDF? Sporadically? On a specific PDF file? If so, can you open that file on another machine with another PDF viewer (or another PDF viewer on MorphOS)? Can you save it on another drive and try from there? Can you copy file to another destination and see if it is corrupted?

(DISCLAIMER: I don't know much about PDF handling on MorphOS -- haven't got to that yet, those questions above are just basic QA 101 stuff.)

macminis hace 32 or 64 gfx memory, if is a big pdf and you have some other programs running maybe the slowdowns can be caused by a low chip memory (imho).

I was in a Ambient shell..I was inputing shell commands to see the output. I typed cli and a new shell window appeared.
I needed 9 shell windows so I typed cli eight more times. I ran mmsclient in these shells... THE SHELL WINDOW was a MORPHOS shell window...did I do a "no no" ????

These "failures" are just normal. The library system first checks for <library>+<.elf> for historical reasons. If it's not found, then it tries again with the <library> one. And there are several paths to be looked for, too. Then a program can also check for some env variables to adjust its behaviour, and these variables may not exist, hence a fail in Snoopium.

So don't see a problem where there isn't. A fail in snoopium/snoopdos doesn't necessarily mean there is actually an issue, far from it.
