The following could work:
mplayer <file.mp4> -ao pcm fast
(the out-file is a .wav and will lay in the current directory).
You can convert the wav with Ripper to mp3......
Not the direct way, I know - but i didn't find during the last minutes a better way - maybe tomorrow....
