i'm working in the printing centre, and to create say 12x12 cm thick paper doube sided single print the price could be sth like 1 USD excluding postage, i could also provide a cd sticker for another 1 USD. the price could be even less, haven't done precise calculations... it's just not as easy to stick the cd sticker precisely...
