Hi All, on my home network I cannot connect to my MorphOS 2.2 based Pegasos 2 that has VNC Server running. (I am using Piru's latest version, which is 1.0RC4 I think).

Anyway, I checked with a port scanner and port 5900 is open. I have tried with TightVNC and RealVNC from other machines on my home network. I can ping the Pegasos 2 and it replies, so that is no problem.

Tight VNC gives me a log file, it is below:

    Connected to 192.168.1.10 port 5900
    reading 12 bytes
RFB server supports protocol version 3.8
    writing 12 bytes
Connected to RFB server, using protocol version 3.8

    reading 1 bytes
    writing 1 bytes
    Choosing security type None(1)
    Authentication scheme: (null)
    reading 4 bytes
    Authentication successful
    Clipboard changed
    Don't send initial clipboard!
    writing 1 bytes
    reading 24 bytes
    Deregistered connection from app
    Exiting
    VNC viewer closing down

BTW, I have allowed TightVNC through the windows firewall.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks

Ok, delete or disregard this post.

I was able to get it working by deleting the program and prefs files and reinstalling....I must have screwed something up in the prefs.
