Can the demo version of frying Pan burn a cd?
I tried and although the CD looks fine the data/music is
empty after 15 seconds on the first track. I thought the Demo
would allow you to burn a few MBs? Or is it just my Samsung DVD Burner
that is the problem?

I only ask as I am willing to pay for it, but only if it
works on my current setup. Is it just me or is this the normal reaction of
the demo? Should I buy another DVD/CDROM Burner?

Also... has anyone Registered this product recently?

Afair in the Demo you can't burn anything with TFP.

FryingPan is an excellent piece of software, i use it from time to time (for backups) and its working without any problems here.

The demo version of FP allows you to burn anything you want but as it is a demo, the software corrupts the data while burning.

This software is really worth it ;)

Works just fine on MorphOS and AOS4.x ans AOS3.x ;)

I use TFP twice a week to burn DVD, DVD-RW and sometimes DVD-DL and ofcourse CD/CDRW and it works great no problems to burn my date on DVD/CD.

Yes... 1.3.2 not 1.2.3. A little dyslexic on my part.

May be, I have bad luck... or too old DVD-reader/CD-writer :) Anyway, I prefer to check results.

I was able to use MakeCD with My Samsung Drive
so I should have no problems with Frying Pan, as it
recognized my drive and burned with no problems... I just
didn't realize that It would burn blank tracks.

I have an issue with FP hanging my mini with a cd mounted. It is also not registering the program, and I placed the keyfile in the following areas L: S: Devs: all the places it should go, including MOSSYS. Can anyone help. I coundn't find the thread on this, I know it existed somewhere.

I was testing the demo on my mini and it hangs the system with a CD in the drive here too

How do you post an attachment so the txfile doen't take up all this room?

Problem solved bad file
morphos on the other hand tends to not pick up blank cd'd or hangs on them. makes it hard to eject media, which isn't recognized, even though it's in there. I used makecd to eject.
