What is the state of Papyrus Office?
Some pre-release copies were sold, but is the deve continuing?

serge, I emailed Michael Garlich (umlauts?) for some reason a few weeks ago and he said he would consider restarting development now that M2 is out. I don't know exactly what would get him going specifically.

    Hi,

This is a very very good news.

I'm very interested on Papyrus. It's the best chance to have a good and new word processor on "Amiga World".
Papyrus should be important like Sputnik.

I pray for Michael restart the development.

What do you mean about M2? Is it Morphos 2 ?

That's right. Papyrus Office needs work to be complete. I already bought it 150 euros some years back, so I hope when a new release comes up I will take it with some discount. 8-)

It's hard to contact someone of Titan-Computer - with the contact form
and sputnik i got an 500 server error-message... and no email is shown
on the site... can someone tell them that this is broken please? :)

i wanted to ask if there is a newer version of Papyrus for MorphOS...
    I have Papyrus X! 10.24 build24A Beta Jan 24 2005 - is there a update available?

also i wanted to know if the newer Papyrus 12.5 will be ported to MorphOS 2.1?
if yes i'm willing to pay an upgrade-price of course!

Unfortunately, it's not. According to this, Titan confirmed to release an update without timeout restriction. But this version will only be available m68k native, as both the developer's and Titan's Pegasos broke.

It's SchnitzelSchnäpper, a screen and windows grabber by Gelb of amigazeux.

150 euros for an unfinished program is a lot of money. I think I would have been very angry. Is your version usable at all, or so limited that it is not worth trying to use it. What is it that is unfinished for you to consider it NOT "complete"? I had seen some reviews long ago regarding it, but did not bother to read them closely as they were not favorable and I was not interested in an incomplete program at a high price.

It is a shame, as the Amiga and MOS needs a very good Office Suite of programs. I hope this situation changes in the near future.

They should provide the 68k update for MorphOS users until the native update is ready. It would have been a better product if it was an all-in-one installer like Hollywood2 (the real Amiga Anywhere, AROS, MorphOS, Amiga 68k,PowerUp, WarpOS, OS4)

What will be the cost of the updated Papyrus Office for those that do not have a previous version?

Do you sell direct, or must buyers go through a distributor/reseller?

What does the updated version have different from the previous versions?

    Thanks
