Well.. i had some time ago SFS 68k version, and i had some problems, e.g. when i/o access to HD was very intensive, thre was too big processor usage (probably because it's JIT emulation). In short - with SFS 68k You can't get as good transfer as with MOS version. e.g. Robin Hood (at least demo) was much slower because of intensive HD access.
