    VNC Server Problem

    Hi Guys,
i have a problem with the VNC Server.
It runs quite bad on my machine, the mouse and my inputs are quite
    lagged.
The strange thing is, after 1-2 minutes use, it gets worse,
    nearly unusable.
When reconnecting again, it works for another 1-2 minutes.

I have this behaivor from wan2lan and from lan2lan.
Ofcours lan2lan never gets so band like wan2lan.

The VNC Client is always UltraVNC (Windows).
Other machines on the same network (Serval OSes/Machines),
    dont have this problem.
I also noticed a quite big traffic load when connected to the MorphOS Box.

I already tried a few diffrent compression methods on the client side,
didnt seem to help to much.

Changing the TCP/IP Stack (From Miami, Amitcp, MOSNet), didnt change a bit

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    dIGIMAN

    VNC is slow.
The only Possibility to improve the Speed, would be getting a Gigabit-Switch.

Well the other machines use the same hardware and also only
100 mbit. It is not the connection itself as
on LAN this strange behaivor also happens.
Could be the TCP/IP Stack ofcourse...
