Is there any way at all to snapshot these windows? I tried to open their MUI settings and press SAVE but they revert to default... I also tried in Ambient Settings to make the windows posistion stored permanently, but it does not work either...

I get that ackward size in these windows, I am bothered to always resize them and their listers. I don't like them like that.

I still use original asl.library from MOS install cd.. not that MUI4 version (that's my small tip ;) But doesn't that menu-gadget on top right corner have the usual snapshot function?

no, it only has iconify / jump to screen / MUI settings and About MUI ... no snapshot on these requesters...

as far as i know you cant do it right now with this mui version (you also cannot load mui settings).

Copy asl.library from the 1.4.5 CD (or dig it from sys:.recycled if it's still there after mui4 installation) to mossys:libs/

Use magicasl from the aminet.
It's superb,great etc.. and snaphots..
