I just dowloaded and installed yam 2.3 to use instead off simplemail which has the columwidth problem.
At first I downloaded yam2.4 which refused to delete my emails.
Yam2.3 works ok so far except for printing the emails.
It won't print while all my other programs do.
Like simplemail,amigawriter,pagestream.
So guess settings will be allright.
Should I install 2.4 over this 2.3 and will printing work then?

I never printed an email but tried it for the first time (Yam 2.4p). No problem. I', using Yam for years on my Pegasos and had never a problem. It rocks on my Pegasos.....

This is most likely some priter driver related bug, I can't print from YAM either - nor from morphed if I remember correctly. (HP Deskjet 940C usb)
In these the program send plain text to the driver unlike word processor or some gfx sw, which all work fine on printing.

Hmm strange that it can work.
In my situation usb epson 680 printer all I get is a blue screen and yam freezes.
I tried 2.4 now and same problem.
Maybe it is usb related?
Simplemail takes quite some time to start printing but it prints ok.
Ooh also Jano (texteditor)doesn't print.

I've a Peg 2 and an old printer HP Deskjet 600. Connected with the parallelport.
No Problems at all.

Well this printer can do both usb and parallel.
oing to test what the parallel side does is usb connected now.
