IIRC I just used one of the 20" settings in the list of available monitors and just entered the horizontal / vertical frequency settings (which should be available rather easy from some datasheet).
I calculated the bandwith myself (there should be already a thread on MZ where I posted a link how to calculate the bandwith).
The other setting I left and it did work. However I use VGA most of the time, because I have a Digitus Connect KVM switch and I don't want to switch my monitor and my keyboard/mouse separately.
Well, If I get some money, I'll buy a KVM switch that supports DVI instead of VGA.
