    I use Fryingpan to burn my cd's.

    now i can't not burn mp3 to the cd

    how to i that?

    It depends on what you want exactly to get.
    If you want to burn mp3 file as is, just add it in Disk Image Constructor tab, but if you want to burn it as raw audio you need to drop it into the Data/audio tracks tab.
    Note your mp3 should be layer3 44khz to FryingPan be able to convert it to a raw audio track.
