For me just view 1,3 and 4 works, and i can't use my USB-Joypad with VGP2.
It's very hard to play with mouse or Keyboard.

    Runs fine here... G4/512mb/Voodoo3500

All 4 screenmodes work. Indy Game Port Steering Wheel and Logitec Wingman USB are no goes for steering.

I guess only analog USB input devices are supported, and those need Poseidon 3 (as Chris Hodges aknowledged on amiga-news.de). A digital USB joypad would work just like the keyboard. At the moment I'd suggest to practice withthe mouse.

    Kind regards,
    Andrea

Just the same... any view but the inside one either flickers a lot on a still image or works for a few moments and then starts flickering like hell ;-)

    FINALLY!!!

People started to think I invented this problem inside my head ;-)

You have the exact same symptoms I have. I use Radeon 9100, 256mb of ram, Pegasos2/G4. You?

More or less... Peg2 G4 512mb RAM and Radeon 8500LE (or something... ;-))

Anyway, it's a shame not being able to see 2004 car models in their full beauty from outside :-(

Ok. I have told Paolo about this problem, no guarantee it'll be solved, of course ;-) Since the 9100 is a rebranded 8500LE (exactly same chipset and specs AFAIK), it might be there that lies the problem...

    Kind regards,
    Andrea

Well, you need the 3D update with the newest tinygl.library, that should support only Voodoo3s on GRex right now (anyone tried?). Then you'll probably need at least 128MB of memory, I guess.

    Kind regards,
    Andrea

Hey all, here's my 2 cents:

I'm running VGP2 on my Peg2 with a Radeon 7000 ATI card, and pressing keys '1' and '2' both seem to be an in-car view, pressing '3' switches between in-car / a little bit above and behind / a lot above and behind / before the car looking back. Key '4' gives the camera view.

All views seem flicker-free and doing what they should do. I also have a 9200 card lying around, which I could test.

But I also can not get any analog devices to work. I have a steering wheel and a stick, both of which I used on my Amiga with a home-made converter from 15 to 9 pins. In this converter, I also put some capacitors to take the resistance down to the proper levels.

On the Peg2 I am of course plugging them into the game port, but it does not work at all. I tried VGP2 and Descent II, in VGP2 I could get some jerky left/right movement, in Descent II nothing at all (except firing).

Is there anybody who got any analog device (analog stick, steering wheel, anything) to work on the Peg?

Or are these capacitors (which are necessary to use the analog devices on the Amiga) also needed on the 15-pin connectors for the Peg?

Questions, questions, I donated a few times to Paolo anyway.

Analogue devices are not supported, yet.
What do you think, can this be the reason that your analoue stick is not working?
Or maybe some evil sorcerers are the reason or some telepathic waves you are emitting. In this case contact your psychologist or fortune-teller.
