After many many hours of trying different options, I still have not figured out how to connect my peg2 to the internet:(
I have a linksys wireless router with 4 ports.
connected to cable modem. My amiga Pc and mac connect with no trouble. I am using miami dx that i have installed, when I use miamiinit , it starts and finds subnet mask 255.255.255.0 , then my default gateway 192.168.1.1 then trys to finds DNS servers but never does... It should use the 192.168.1.1 as the local DNS .I tried to configure miami but still no luck. I notice a ghosted LAN-Connect button under tcp/ip , is that supposed to be ghosted? It would seem to be the option I need to connect? Any one else get this going or am I alone..

Just run the miamiinit app thats included with it. It will set everything for you and save a config file. Then all you do it load that file and your set. I recomend you use DHCP.

@Acill: this is a really stupid answer as he wrote that he already used MiamiInit without success.

@Cookie: when MiamiInit searches for DNS servers, click on Cancel and enter the IP address manually.

    Bye,

    HI
I,ve tried that..I put in 192.168.1.1 and the actual ISP DNS 64.59.176.13 15 still no go.
Do you know if the lan-connect button should be ghosted? BTW when I manually go online using miami it thinks it is..But Voyager always comes back with error cant find url. The modem light never even blinks..?

try ping some site, like google.com, then you'll
see if miami finds your dns server.
Other thing is to check if Voyager are in offline
mode, check that in menu, Settings/Offline Browsing, this should be ticked off.

I manually put in my IP GATEWAY and netmask then saved, and
the fixed the main problem, forgot to put in DNS servers
    under that database heading.DOHHHH!
NOW to figure out how to resize my screen from the default 640x480
to something like 1024x768...Will have to work on that one
when I try to set that up the test screen only shows top half of
picture? Any ideas on that one???

    congrats :)

There should be no problems with using your
existing miami key on your pegasos, and you cant
    buy miami anymore.

To set screen resolution, goto system settings
on ambient menu, there you see screenmode where you can select what you want to use.
Click on the <Ambient> entry and then edit button
and you get some selections of resolutions.

    good luck

Before starting to change screenmodes it might be a good idea to enter your monitor max/min frequency values to ModeEdit (Monitor page from the top)
