ok i have read over the site in various places that both freescale and ibm are interested in not only teh pegasos but MOS itself...so this makes me wonder....would/will they help develope it?

You know thats a good question! If they are truly interested then I would think so. BBRV, Core Developers do you have any answers to this one?

IBM does...for example they help ecomstation with OS/2 after IBM stopped persuing it....

I doubt IBM even took a look at the code.
