    Try this link, there is the latest FryingPan BETA! It wasn't posted, because it's still only a beta release. For 100% functionality is the registration (of course) required :-)

    Status is: IT'S STILL UNDER A HEAVY DEVELOPMENT :-)

    Bye, MarK.

    PS: Send donations to author error@tbs-software.com, he's doing great job!!!

    Can't get it to work here with either CD-RW or DVD-RW....and don't even get me started on the cryptic 'test mode' indicator...is it on or bloody off?

    CD-RW it appears to Erase OK....doesn't seem to want to write

    DVD-RW whether I erase and then write or just write to a DVD I know is blank...all it does is leave the DVD in a weird state, sometimes with a flashing light but Frying Pan usually allows me to quit.

    Nice idea but seems like it has a ways to go. (I tried FP 0.32 beta and 0.4a from the mailing list.)

    Hope someone else has better luck

    Oh..I have a Sony DRU-something or other, supports DVD+/- R and RW, DVD, CDROM CDR/CDRW

    Steve

    @MarK,

    If we can send donations to an email address, does that mean he can

    @Aaron

    AFAIK, PayPal still doesn't support our eastern european countries :-(
    The only way to donate him is to send money in an envelope to his address or to make a bank transfer to his account.

    Hope someone will activate PayPal here... :-(

    Bye, MarK.

    The same applies here. We're EU members, but PayPal just ignores reality.
