1.I want to extract the audiopart into mp3 or wave from an videofile

2.I want to fix an avi-file but from the commandline in the doc of mencoder091
mencoder -idx input.avi -ovc copy -oac copy -o output.avi
gives back "wrong number of arguments"

any ideas on this?
