New 'Feature' in MOL

Has anyone noticed that in the latest release of MOL, the MOL ethernet connection toggles on and off with time-outs. If it's not being used for a period of time, it shuts down, and the terminal that MOL is started from indicates this. This is not a great feature as it inhibits messaging or networking programs such as Limewire, which don't keep the ethernet port open.

Is there anyway of stopping this from happening?

This isn't a new feature of MOL, i think you need to turn of
    your mac's sleep settings.

And LIMEWIRE is a good working Fileshare app,
download a demo online, and download the full
    ver with the demo :-)

Will check the sleep settings, thanks. Had no idea what's doign it. I liked Limeware so much that I registered it. Nice program, nicer than some of the free peecee programs I've seen.

An ironic, perhaps suitable, story of the full version of Limewire that I purchased. I lost the mac partition that it was on, and after trying to contact the company that distributes Limewire for a download site for it, they never contacted me. Subsequently, I phoned my bank and got my money back. Guess that will show me for trying to use it. Anyway, I used it for mp3's exclusively. I don't condone piracy of any kind and if I do get a program that I am going to use, I purchase it.
